Wing Chun Self Defence

Techniques against punches

Wing Chun is a Shaolin Martial Arts System designed to attack using the shortest path to the opponent’s targets.

Redirecting attacks without using force against force or brute strength is the primary goal of Wing Chun.

This style of combat allows the practitioner to use the abilities and skills learned well into old age.

Sifu Garry and Sifu Linda will assist you in developing a very high level of self defense skills.
